Calendar instructions

To add your dates of availability or unavailability simply follow the instructions below:

  1. After logging in to your account click on 'availability calendar'
  2. Select 'Add New Event'
  3. In Event title, type your name and state whether you are available or busy whichever are less/easier for you to fill in (but you must clearly state whether you are BUSY or AVAILABLE  eg: Event Title: MY NAME   BUSY 
  4. In start date you type in the date you are busy eg Aug 13, 2012
  5. in end date you write up to the date you are busy  eg Aug 19, 2012 (1 whole week)
  6. You will also be able to select exception days. eg, if you are busy all week except on Aug 16, 2012 - you can select this as an exception day (see example)
  7. EVENT PLACE: just simply put your location - unless you are abroad then you can either say where you are or put abroad.
  8. You do not need to complete the rest of the information that is optional - but you DO need to complete the EVENT DESCRIPTION eg - BUSY all week except on August 16, 2012 (see example).
